The Portal allows you to display documents created in any program (Word, Excel, etc.) which can save to PDF or HTML format.


  1. Click/tap on yellow pencil for Documents component
  2. Place a check mark in the box for "Show 'documents'" to show the Documents component in your Portal or uncheck the box to hid the Documents component in your Portal
  3. Click/tap on button labeled "Edit document list..."

  4. Click/tap on green plus sign

  5. Click/tap on button labeled "Choose a document"

  6. Select a PDF or HTML file from your computer

  7. Type in a description for the document

  8. Select whether it is Public or Private

  9. Click/tap on the button labeled "Upload"

  10. Your document is added to the list
